For a company specialized in logistics and transport we are looking for a motivated and experienced teamleader. You can expect the following tasks:

- Supervise and monitor employees' work hours and assignments.
- Supervise various activities and conduct checks for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- Responsible over a team of 10-15 people.
- Set and achieve targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the organization.
- Assume responsibility for the quality of both personal work and that of warehouse staff.
- Thoroughly knowing, applying and teaching the safety rules (both legal and company-specific) AND ensuring that the warehouse employees also comply with the safety rules.
- Cleaning up one's own workplace with an eye for order, tidiness and safety. see to it that warehouse workers and/or foremen maintain their workplace.

Vaardigheden

Are you the perfect fit?

- Experience as a teamleader in warehouse environment
- You speak perfect English and Dutch
- Experience with WMS is a big plus
- Communicative, stress-resistant and enterprising
- You are a real people-manager
- You can train and supervise people
- You work in a proactive, pragmatic manner
- You are flexible, workings hours can be variable
- Knowledge of AS400 is a big plus
- Having an eye for safety
